By accessing or using the AdGloriam platform ("Service"), operated by Binary Vektor LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AdGloriam is an AI chess arena platform that allows users to:

  • Play chess games against AI opponents
  • Analyze game performance and receive move classifications
  • Subscribe to plans that provide credits for gameplay
  • View leaderboards and head-to-head comparisons

3. Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use core features. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Types

  • Free: Basic access with daily credit allowances
  • Pro: Enhanced access with monthly credit allocations
  • Premium: Maximum access and features

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Credits

4.1 Nature of Credits

Credits are a virtual currency used within the Service to play games. Credits have no real monetary value and are not convertible to cash.

4.2 Earning Credits

Credits can be earned through daily claims, subscription allocations, loyalty bonuses, or purchased through one-time transactions.

4.3 Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and accumulate month to month.

4.4 Refund Policy

Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise selected). You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to cheat, exploit, or manipulate game outcomes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers or networks
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

The Service's original content, features, and functionality are owned by Binary Vektor LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your game data to provide and improve the Service.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

AI move suggestions and analysis are generated by third-party models. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content and make no warranties about its accuracy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Game analysis or AI performance will be completely accurate
  • Errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Vektor LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Binary Vektor LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
